Online Quran classes in Bahawalpur
Live one-to-one Quran lessons for families in Bahawalpur city and the towns and villages around it, at the hours you choose.
A qualified Quran teacher, even far from the city
Bahawalpur is a city with deep roots in Islamic learning, and the wider division stretches across farmland, small towns and the edge of the Cholistan desert. That size is exactly the difficulty many families face. In the city there may be a teacher nearby, but in Hasilpur, Yazman or a village off the main road, finding someone qualified who can come every day is far harder. Parents who want their children to read with proper Tajweed often end up settling for whatever is available. Online Quran classes change that. A trained teacher joins your home by video at the time you choose, whether you live in Model Town or forty kilometres away.
All lessons at OQC.com.pk are one-to-one. One teacher listens to one student for the whole lesson, so every letter is heard and every mistake is corrected straight away. In a crowded class a quiet child can go for weeks without reading aloud; in a private lesson that cannot happen.
Timings for hot summers and farming families
South Punjab summers are long and fierce, and afternoons are no time to send a child anywhere. Many Bahawalpur families also follow the rhythm of the land, with busy seasons at sowing and harvest. Because we teach around the clock, every day of the week, you choose the days and the hour that fit your household.
- Summer evenings: after Maghrib or Isha, once the heat has eased.
- Winter afternoons: a short lesson after school while there is still daylight.
- Early morning: before work in the fields, the shop or the office, for adults learning themselves.
- Busy seasons: tell our team and we look for a different time with a teacher who is free.
How the online class works
Both teacher and student turn on their video and can see each other at the side of the screen. The teacher shares their screen with the Qaida lesson or Quran page, points to each word, and the student reads it aloud from the shared page on a phone, tablet or laptop. Pronunciation, joining and Tajweed are corrected immediately, and the lesson ends with a short revision task. On the Monday to Friday plan each lesson is 30 minutes. You do not need to buy any book first, because the page is on the screen. Our how it works guide explains the setup step by step.
Getting a good connection
Most families in the division join lessons from a phone on mobile data, and for a one-to-one video call that is normally enough. A few habits help: sit where the signal is strongest, often near a window or on the roof in good weather, keep the phone charged before the lesson, and close other apps that use data. The free trial is the right moment to test everything. If the connection is a problem at one time of day, our team can suggest a quieter hour.
Courses
- Noorani Qaida: letters, sounds and joining, for complete beginners.
- Nazra Quran: fluent, accurate reading from the Mushaf.
- Tajweed: the rules of recitation, practised verse by verse.
- Hifz: memorising selected surahs or the whole Quran.
- Islamic Studies: salah, duas, kalimas and daily basics for children.
In the free trial the teacher checks the student's level and recommends a starting point. Browse every option on the courses page.
City or village
The same lessons wherever you live in the division.
24/7 teaching
Any hour, on the days you choose.
One-to-one
A private teacher for every student.
Female teachers
Available for girls, little ones and mothers.
For children, adults and women
Most families begin with their children; see online Quran classes for kids. Adults who want to start from the letters, or to correct their recitation privately, can learn at any hour; read about Quran classes for adults. Women and girls can request a female Quran teacher, and our page on online Quran classes for ladies explains how mothers fit lessons into a full day.
Families with members abroad
Many households in the division have a son or brother working in the Gulf. Each student can have lessons at their own local time, so a child in Bahawalpur and a cousin in Saudi Arabia or the UAE can both learn with us. Relatives abroad can read about online Quran classes in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or overseas Pakistanis in general.
Keeping progress steady
A short lesson at the same time every day works far better than a long lesson once a week. Choose a quiet corner away from the television, ask the child to read their revision once before the next lesson, and stay close by when you can. Teachers keep parents informed, so you always know what your child is working on and what comes next.
Fee
Our standard plan is PKR 7,500 a month per student on the Monday to Friday plan, which gives 20 one-to-one 30-minute live classes a month, Monday to Friday. The fee for weekends only, three days a week, longer lessons or any other pattern is discussed directly with our team. See the fees page for details.

Questions from families in Bahawalpur
Do you teach in the towns and villages around Bahawalpur?
Yes. Because lessons are live video calls, students in Bahawalpur city, Ahmadpur East, Hasilpur, Yazman, Khairpur Tamewali, Uch Sharif and the villages around them all learn in the same way.
Our internet is slow. Will online lessons work?
Usually, yes. A phone on a reasonable mobile data signal is enough for a video lesson. Try it in the free trial; if the connection struggles, our team can suggest a better time of day or a different setup.
Can lessons be held at night in summer?
Yes. We teach 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so lessons can be after Isha, late at night or early in the morning.
What is the fee?
The Monday to Friday plan is PKR 7,500 a month per student for 20 one-to-one 30-minute live classes a month, Monday to Friday. The fee for any other schedule is discussed with our team.
Can my daughters learn with a female teacher?
Yes. Female teachers are available on every course for girls, young children and women.
Is the first lesson free?
Yes. The trial lesson is free, with no payment and no commitment.
